recruiting for the full time summer position of International Admissions

! o* i  a0 y% l0 w2 w- k1 W1 ^Salary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

Duties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
$ U4 f+ Y1 v# Vanswering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
) O9 v1 C, q) `9 O- Mmaintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
6 \* p, K5 X6 e0 Sadmission letters to be emailed to students living at international
6 w8 C$ \$ t6 O: v; baddresses and general office duties.
$ u) g: }, [) L' M
Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
4 A" x6 G- i0 f% \. ~# Npeak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
: j" i& R7 h/ u# L/ Jskills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
proficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
) v" Y" }7 b9 _% Q' g( T+ E7 `: m7 nan asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
directions.
