International Admissions Student Intern

The University of Alberta - Office of the Registrar is currently
recruiting for the full time summer position of International Admissions
Student Intern.

Salary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.
# B- W; v9 ?+ J4 r8 F* I* V! e
; {# _$ n7 ^8 s$ WDuties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
& I0 M& Y. c6 F' L" Eanswering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
3 f% |" b5 r) U& `3 ]maintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
admission letters to be emailed to students living at international
1 v& z: {( k% l! G% h& G. M! ]7 V' Waddresses and general office duties.

Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
peak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
skills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
proficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
) r& v5 Y8 q8 Q- p2 V7 T, ~an asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
9 w2 A; M$ @, {directions.
