Salary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.
9 n9 C' O" x1 s- ~) y
) \& P4 c( c: i5 D& \' x, \Duties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
answering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
+ x" x7 H6 M# X4 Emaintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
admission letters to be emailed to students living at international
7 T8 S5 p. l' |$ T' haddresses and general office duties.

Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
peak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
8 a- X: Z, y, M% Q5 N0 \skills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
proficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
! f7 @2 @" j" L8 H: aan asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
" [+ j- ]% s% Odirections.
