The University of Alberta - Office of the Registrar is currently
recruiting for the full time summer position of International Admissions
Student Intern.

Salary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

( {  T3 h, b' n* m0 ?, W6 E  M5 ODuties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
answering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
9 d8 q4 n4 a! C' d5 amaintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
. h# V3 W3 Q6 {; J$ W3 ladmission letters to be emailed to students living at international
addresses and general office duties.
& q. y) k8 V2 C; ]
Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
peak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
5 c4 b: k  n. o2 b- fskills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
proficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
, t( Y1 ~* f8 O0 W8 r$ z" ian asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
directions.
