6 `: E, Y1 C9 t) A$ fSalary to be paid will be $15.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Duties include: working closely with graduate students and research
technicians, the candidate will work on the synthesis of intermediates
& i( ^5 U4 \& nfor use in chemical and biochemical research. Particular duties will
include carrying out chemical and/or enzymatic reactions and purifying
compounds by chromatography.

: N5 R2 G/ G3 ~  F0 vQualifications include successful completion of courses in organic
6 g3 V: }0 C) d- y% P  ~Chemistry (Chemistry 263 or equivalent) and ideally biochemistry and
analytical chemistry; familiarity with basic biology and chromatographic
separations important. Attention to detail and ability to work as part
of a team essential.

and chemical research and would be ideal for students who ultimately
hope to work in these areas.
