8 _$ O# V; m. R7 z; BThe Non-ferrous laborer must be able to properly identify and sort non-ferrous metals. Applies knowledge of non-ferrous metals to properly identify materials when interacting with customers. Prepares non-ferrous materials for transport. Both indoor and outdoor, fast-paced setting.

Monday – Friday 11 am-7 pm

Must be able to sort, process, grade non-ferrous materials3 W9 _* `8 s1 }9 K
Inspects material for hazardous waste and grades different types of non-ferrous materials8 a+ V7 e, b! ~; q- Q- _5 b c
Loads and unloads non-ferrous material/ E8 d/ i, E! V3 }
Must be able to work safely at all times
- p& @2 \6 E' ?% R& p! |Be able to effectively perform tasks independently
4 H3 U: u+ y1 W/ r& m/ ?# E1 u3 aPerforms routine housekeeping.: C& B8 H9 ~+ x) j; M
Observes and reports any safety issues

Ability to effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to supervisors, maintenance personnel and other employees of the organization

Ability to write simple correspondence
