Job Summary:
: n# x' q% |; w0 u( l v0 IThe Non-ferrous laborer must be able to properly identify and sort non-ferrous metals. Applies knowledge of non-ferrous metals to properly identify materials when interacting with customers. Prepares non-ferrous materials for transport. Both indoor and outdoor, fast-paced setting.

Must be able to sort, process, grade non-ferrous materials4 @8 B2 Q: X+ c7 d2 g
Inspects material for hazardous waste and grades different types of non-ferrous materials
( }- L/ F$ Q* Y! w4 ^Loads and unloads non-ferrous material h, O& Y2 x4 O& O' y: }7 O6 L8 z; m
Must be able to work safely at all times0 t/ t. D- K: C# {, t
Be able to effectively perform tasks independently
6 ?4 ]/ @4 u9 @4 @( V0 hPerforms routine housekeeping.
7 W5 D2 f1 O+ V) T6 DObserves and reports any safety issues6 B9 W( G- I6 l9 K0 c

Experience stripping equipment and/or with manual material sorting

High school diploma (Or GED)
