9 x4 J+ }: X/ W# e# W- e- A0 kThe Non-ferrous laborer must be able to properly identify and sort non-ferrous metals. Applies knowledge of non-ferrous metals to properly identify materials when interacting with customers. Prepares non-ferrous materials for transport. Both indoor and outdoor, fast-paced setting." x$ G% N3 c3 n3 G: Z

Job Responsibilities:
9 ?1 V) ~+ U! ^4 X# ?* x; S! [ Q! U4 V- G0 M l
Must be able to sort, process, grade non-ferrous materials
2 \! \' ?6 W2 J' E$ {5 CInspects material for hazardous waste and grades different types of non-ferrous materials
8 p) f, X# g: b5 d' e9 u/ g+ TLoads and unloads non-ferrous material
: H$ [% X$ r7 j6 XMust be able to work safely at all times
( R% @: G$ ^5 I ]' ?+ EBe able to effectively perform tasks independently
2 w) q. g' m& ]" mPerforms routine housekeeping.# v0 D- S2 o& K8 Q: S3 b5 g7 H
Observes and reports any safety issues

Knowledge of non-ferrous processing G* H* x. E, N7 z8 Q
High school diploma (Or GED)0 Y1 ^ p7 F2 T8 }( H/ c2 o
Well-articulated and assertive0 \5 x5 P/ [7 ]! i
Ability to effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to supervisors, maintenance personnel and other employees of the organization

Ability to write simple correspondence
