The Non-ferrous laborer must be able to properly identify and sort non-ferrous metals. Applies knowledge of non-ferrous metals to properly identify materials when interacting with customers. Prepares non-ferrous materials for transport. Both indoor and outdoor, fast-paced setting.

& Y9 N' N/ N" l/ T! F( ]Inspects material for hazardous waste and grades different types of non-ferrous materials
* F/ P( {( y' [; o' `! kLoads and unloads non-ferrous material

Be able to effectively perform tasks independently* A8 r! V1 z' q, ~+ x
Performs routine housekeeping.

High school diploma (Or GED)

Ability to effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to supervisors, maintenance personnel and other employees of the organization
