/ G6 O/ a8 l0 L+ a y: hThe Non-ferrous laborer must be able to properly identify and sort non-ferrous metals. Applies knowledge of non-ferrous metals to properly identify materials when interacting with customers. Prepares non-ferrous materials for transport. Both indoor and outdoor, fast-paced setting.

Must be able to sort, process, grade non-ferrous materials
6 M" ?5 \0 i2 X& @Inspects material for hazardous waste and grades different types of non-ferrous materials2 j' P k8 K& X R+ d8 |
Loads and unloads non-ferrous material
6 o5 \$ A3 R, O5 MMust be able to work safely at all times3 ]4 c5 a5 F# x. L
Be able to effectively perform tasks independently& i, [2 e/ o6 I
Performs routine housekeeping.

Knowledge of non-ferrous processing3 k ~" m: |$ {7 C. j
High school diploma (Or GED)
6 U |8 n2 u# h; P9 F2 QWell-articulated and assertive2 _: T# U) J* E' R) ]3 ]0 y9 u
Ability to effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to supervisors, maintenance personnel and other employees of the organization( \+ W- |: l; P" p% U' x
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
