The Non-ferrous laborer must be able to properly identify and sort non-ferrous metals. Applies knowledge of non-ferrous metals to properly identify materials when interacting with customers. Prepares non-ferrous materials for transport. Both indoor and outdoor, fast-paced setting.$ G- b+ E: p* @$ U

) Y9 q5 s. g3 dMust be able to sort, process, grade non-ferrous materials- i K; M- H9 s4 _( z2 A
Inspects material for hazardous waste and grades different types of non-ferrous materials
' ~8 X* ?* u; Z/ N5 ?3 ZLoads and unloads non-ferrous material
G, E2 r& R. I, t# m' q& n8 XMust be able to work safely at all times9 r2 F( x A1 E1 z) u/ U+ v6 f
Be able to effectively perform tasks independently4 O7 {& p9 C; h
Performs routine housekeeping.! i9 C. H" J: X2 U. r
Observes and reports any safety issues

Knowledge of non-ferrous processing- n3 b2 R0 I2 j6 Y% U
High school diploma (Or GED)
