Job Summary:
+ s2 {, l. K& E3 l8 i1 |The Non-ferrous laborer must be able to properly identify and sort non-ferrous metals. Applies knowledge of non-ferrous metals to properly identify materials when interacting with customers. Prepares non-ferrous materials for transport. Both indoor and outdoor, fast-paced setting.

Monday – Friday 11 am-7 pm

5 f+ y6 `/ P# c( R4 M5 z
Must be able to sort, process, grade non-ferrous materials
: Q5 n- ~, e4 c$ TInspects material for hazardous waste and grades different types of non-ferrous materials
. f( i/ _* {- l4 ]$ @8 Y+ ZLoads and unloads non-ferrous material
# [' p0 i; R8 WMust be able to work safely at all times* V* K# L8 R* y6 ^8 ^4 b
Be able to effectively perform tasks independently
, m1 H. h" s; { ~! C* ~6 wPerforms routine housekeeping.

Knowledge of non-ferrous processing% V6 k7 d, n9 B' B' y. q# @- R
High school diploma (Or GED)
6 b. n+ s/ U* L3 A8 u4 j# c8 xWell-articulated and assertive
8 Y- c/ d# f! ~' |Ability to effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to supervisors, maintenance personnel and other employees of the organization
