The Non-ferrous laborer must be able to properly identify and sort non-ferrous metals. Applies knowledge of non-ferrous metals to properly identify materials when interacting with customers. Prepares non-ferrous materials for transport. Both indoor and outdoor, fast-paced setting.- U- ?3 k: D# I. q; b% R" n

Job Responsibilities:8 u) h5 J. `. F3 v2 c
y g, G4 ]2 S% dMust be able to sort, process, grade non-ferrous materials
& {" R% o- d% U, {0 P( B3 U- D6 HInspects material for hazardous waste and grades different types of non-ferrous materials
# ?0 E& ~ z" u$ F/ F& ZLoads and unloads non-ferrous material
5 \( l' P8 A7 M/ ?Must be able to work safely at all times
1 Z1 N$ K+ g* R( ]. Q; d: ]Be able to effectively perform tasks independently* z7 C3 I& f2 J) J( n3 P
Performs routine housekeeping.- d2 H* R6 I* l8 s' r

Well-articulated and assertive
) c- D: {4 H" H( f3 M/ q# kAbility to effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to supervisors, maintenance personnel and other employees of the organization
