The Non-ferrous laborer must be able to properly identify and sort non-ferrous metals. Applies knowledge of non-ferrous metals to properly identify materials when interacting with customers. Prepares non-ferrous materials for transport. Both indoor and outdoor, fast-paced setting.3 \( M0 w' \2 a# Z8 i

Must be able to work safely at all times

Understand and be able to grade all non-ferrous material properly

Experience stripping equipment and/or with manual material sorting# l$ H! h# G2 `! L: P) z
Knowledge of non-ferrous processing& Q# r! t/ m( B" h* B/ G
High school diploma (Or GED)
, e9 j9 E2 g! CWell-articulated and assertive0 K0 \' p' o) ]; ^8 ~. N3 z
Ability to effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to supervisors, maintenance personnel and other employees of the organization

Ability to write simple correspondence
