The Non-ferrous laborer must be able to properly identify and sort non-ferrous metals. Applies knowledge of non-ferrous metals to properly identify materials when interacting with customers. Prepares non-ferrous materials for transport. Both indoor and outdoor, fast-paced setting.9 Y, h: K" P& q, f" F1 |

Must be able to sort, process, grade non-ferrous materials* X- Q" U ^2 Y9 d
Inspects material for hazardous waste and grades different types of non-ferrous materials; j0 X3 q4 @1 M& _8 a
Loads and unloads non-ferrous material: I* v8 x& i' q. ^/ `" L" H
Must be able to work safely at all times

Performs routine housekeeping.0 t' C' \( v8 S4 ^
Observes and reports any safety issues

Understand and be able to grade all non-ferrous material properly

Ability to effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to supervisors, maintenance personnel and other employees of the organization
