, d" |* ]8 i I/ B' r5 TThe Non-ferrous laborer must be able to properly identify and sort non-ferrous metals. Applies knowledge of non-ferrous metals to properly identify materials when interacting with customers. Prepares non-ferrous materials for transport. Both indoor and outdoor, fast-paced setting./ `3 v% S; a' b8 B F: ?# Z3 Y

Monday – Friday 11 am-7 pm

Job Responsibilities:; z# y* o; h/ r$ m
0 ]; q/ K6 H0 w: F; NMust be able to sort, process, grade non-ferrous materials8 r' P+ z; l2 R: d, O s
Inspects material for hazardous waste and grades different types of non-ferrous materials. U0 e- w7 E8 [" E& G
Loads and unloads non-ferrous material
. P8 @3 @& {) F6 |Must be able to work safely at all times; o, F: n1 y( r; L; c
Be able to effectively perform tasks independently
/ G4 Y h/ Q3 e9 ~3 F2 [4 v1 _Performs routine housekeeping.

Understand and be able to grade all non-ferrous material properly

Experience stripping equipment and/or with manual material sorting# ]- }5 y. B& S# c2 d
Knowledge of non-ferrous processing
/ u/ J, a+ \" s. m' EHigh school diploma (Or GED): J, y% F) d0 Q! j1 W7 I
Well-articulated and assertive
/ `, r1 C. P7 D( f7 N- u# c' AAbility to effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to supervisors, maintenance personnel and other employees of the organization3 Y. t& L8 r x( \$ B) U! ?1 ^- w4 K
