Job Summary:
& W# z/ P" g$ k/ f, rThe Non-ferrous laborer must be able to properly identify and sort non-ferrous metals. Applies knowledge of non-ferrous metals to properly identify materials when interacting with customers. Prepares non-ferrous materials for transport. Both indoor and outdoor, fast-paced setting.3 l% Y; A. v4 a7 j0 J$ O

Job Responsibilities:* r- C# G6 L6 N1 C. K3 V9 i8 `

Inspects material for hazardous waste and grades different types of non-ferrous materials
% Y1 q+ G$ s' C5 ~+ S9 g9 g0 FLoads and unloads non-ferrous material# R5 }1 h, W( }/ r% U8 x) @
Must be able to work safely at all times
5 @/ |- G J( i% q6 m9 \1 MBe able to effectively perform tasks independently9 z, X% V* @- D8 H
Performs routine housekeeping.9 T7 D' s! {9 Y X; h, h* K7 e
Observes and reports any safety issues

Experience stripping equipment and/or with manual material sorting
