The Non-ferrous laborer must be able to properly identify and sort non-ferrous metals. Applies knowledge of non-ferrous metals to properly identify materials when interacting with customers. Prepares non-ferrous materials for transport. Both indoor and outdoor, fast-paced setting.- p0 x8 h3 ?: D2 g

Must be able to sort, process, grade non-ferrous materials
B) z" h6 {" L5 x4 W5 Q% N2 \1 gInspects material for hazardous waste and grades different types of non-ferrous materials. F; J" o8 r& d3 F# g$ I. E2 @6 k
Loads and unloads non-ferrous material z' k5 @7 f9 ?6 c: E
Must be able to work safely at all times' a6 n) u0 p* W. }- h
Be able to effectively perform tasks independently
& Z& y& g/ I4 _0 K" ^2 DPerforms routine housekeeping.2 O+ N/ x6 b% A) S+ }9 C+ e
Observes and reports any safety issues: n/ d5 Q3 [' H, @8 S

( }* v; c8 e) M: _* BKnowledge of non-ferrous processing
: h* }1 Z8 } i5 r+ C/ r+ f8 ZHigh school diploma (Or GED)
$ ^# a: x' n( d Q% C) S; x! aWell-articulated and assertive' G+ Z. ^( w: f& _( W! J
Ability to effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to supervisors, maintenance personnel and other employees of the organization
