We are looking for a motivated, self-starter who is looking to make a career change. The Motel Manager will be responsible for the daily operations of the property, including guest service, reservations, reservations, billing, and other financial and operational responsibilities.

Requirements:

. ?: e, G$ ?, O% {Manage Front Office operations, and oversee operations of the Motel
High degree of attention to detail and professionalism

Energetic, enthusiastic and self-motivated and prepared to exceed our guest and employee expectations
Knowledge of Microsoft excel/ word
8 j: Q) p9 U1 x5 E; NConduct DAILY room inspections for cleanliness and maintenance
English communication skills
" m$ h5 k: P3 `9 c5 G2 VGeneral know how of plumbing, electric, heating.
Acts as a representative for the Hotel with our key business partners, developing new partnerships and maintaining relationships for best business outcomes and community relations
Ability to work under high pressure and meet deadlines
) t* ?( @( |9 {, k4 ]( uCriminal background checks and reference list are required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $3,000.00-$4,000.00 per month
