2 l# f  ^* j. ]0 EPosting Rental Ads: Advertising available rental properties on platforms like Kijiji, Rent Faster, and Marketplace to attract potential tenants. This involves creating appealing ads, including relevant details and updating them regularly.

Viewing Arrangements: Scheduling and conducting property viewings with interested prospective tenants.

3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within a client – facing, customer service - focused environment.

8 K8 B. E& \& }" P1 @" wExperience working in the residential property management industry.

- }8 F' |1 f! a, a6 |Ability to work and act independently, using good judgment when assessing difficult situations and apply problem solving skills.
