4. Handling phone calls and emails, V$ E1 T4 \+ b; c* u
5. Bookkeeping- P/ m; ]7 R/ Z4 ?2 y+ _
6. Visit the building and enter the units z- l; R7 a# [
7. Live on-site is preferred
