: I) L& i5 K7 y  uCAC is Western Canada’s leader in scrap metal recycling and offshore steel exports. We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our Maintenance Department and drive the maintenance team to success.
% \, C, I! e& Y  ]" m) h0 D
; j( J: J" L! [, E- zJob Duties & Responsibilities
- Setup and update work order, purchase request in App, and provide them to the Maintenance Manager
4 F; D# H9 H6 d! g( t- Manage and update the service schedule of equipment  
/ ?: a* d4 K- R- g/ G* i; Z - Parts tracking of equipment (trucks, trailers, etc.) for inventory purpose.
8 A* K% T* J& N! O$ k- q - Assists with department meetings and/or special events of information.
- May have mail distribution and courier responsibilities.
+ C, S( r& a& ~. o) x  h - Other duties as required

7 f9 G, ^, O0 [1 U7 oRequirements
- 1 – 2 years of administrative experience within an industrial environment
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
1 d2 M, O# q* O% y2 l, I% `- U - Professionalism, punctuality, and reliability
* {& P# g0 o% d8 r6 [ - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
2 J7 H# G4 {& E, e' T& C - Excellent computer skills, especially with Excel
5 I3 v3 Z2 m3 D- K: e - Valid Driver’s License, vehicle registration, valid insurance & own transportation.
! U2 W1 p" N  r- S  x - Fluent in Chinese is considered and asset.
: z  o) B+ L. g8 u - Experience with Whip Around App is an asset
