Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.

1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
; M, z% e2 Y5 l$ `) j, F1 N2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
; g+ }0 F1 ?2 Z$ T9 f8 A4. Calibration of Equipment
5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
% z. M% j1 y0 Q( a3 m3 I8 w7. Other duties as assigned
( s: v0 U+ v  z3 uSkills and specifications:
1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
4 s9 i  g& J: S2 L3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
7 D7 y- b0 h, y, n; m% N( Z: d  h7 p6 C4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
