Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
" g4 V  {! l& p( ]1 v& m2 pDuties and Responsibilities:
1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
# }+ w) \( D4 R8 T8 p1 Q  t3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
4. Calibration of Equipment
, E) {0 C! E1 g/ V  x/ y1 Z. o5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
/ y+ w# ~$ P# s7 w/ k- E7. Other duties as assigned
. T. T) ~8 e' l0 G7 h  WSkills and specifications:
1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
6 L+ ^/ Y' P9 e7 P3 ^3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
3 d4 p# w- z5 W% H4 s, Y4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
