Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.

/ R/ Z& h: N; `- a1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
: K* m' I& Y4 r/ s- P- u- v3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
" m$ ?9 b5 P+ E* j5 G' f( [7 H3 G4. Calibration of Equipment
% x" f+ Y/ Z6 T% J" H5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
! X/ N3 \* n% S- ]: ~7 T5 [' W7. Other duties as assigned
& U% k5 y: B% W* s- V6 G/ P+ KSkills and specifications:
$ Z- v$ I/ |& z) G; g, K1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
8 }& z1 V, \) b0 U" W5 V0 s3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
! {9 N0 X+ K$ R4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
