Answer and direct phone calls

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Update and maintain office policies and procedures

Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers8 c, G! K, q1 m$ ~5 t- j

6 x0 Q- f+ f0 R; U( V& GExcellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy
u% O! `" ~6 W$ K, KProficiency in Google Sheets & Docs
5 g% q# d5 D4 T) FStrong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
