Plan meetings and take detailed minutes i) Q9 {# p2 D) |! J
Create email templates for operations department( x" m( f) h/ w/ j/ S
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

3 X' {+ e* c& H! CUpdate and maintain office policies and procedures( u' i6 L" J! ?7 V
Submit and reconcile expense reports8 ]- H7 {8 a: l7 k! r$ K
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
# O/ t; B9 ?0 T4 Z8 _2 r& G& DLiaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy

High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
