工作职责
/ K% Q' L  _8 k0 W" J4 o' _+ [Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
- X1 R* p' m1 Z) Y' Y0 v6 a7 H; VŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
! p+ [9 r8 \0 @$ t6 YŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
* |. [1 {& o( M! O  ?7 W( I  }Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
2 a3 \3 L! N' ]7 J+ g& a7 p8 @Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
4 V2 y2 ~& S' J3 B$ n5 PŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
! v  r$ `; i+ \& I5 Y* ZŸ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
& t) F% }% c& ~' @Ÿ   WHMIS
; @+ j/ T  E/ o- h! Y- jŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
6 y# W8 I& ]  O8 d2 IŸ   Valid driver’s license
  `1 m+ W2 J0 V8 BŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
2 V" ^; {5 J/ b  H) T( u& @Ÿ   Computer experience required.
3 }& V5 h/ _  ]3 e1 E; E% {- XExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
