工作职责
3 k0 X8 k/ M' t' Q" ~- yŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
3 F0 \+ A; R  f$ n' ?2 k; @Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
, x* U9 Z9 ]% \& g$ sŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
* n; N; j/ J; v, ~2 k% ^; iŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
* c# u  G/ K, [# M7 r, l1 N* PŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
6 V: z1 V0 h; J1 ?* bŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
# X3 F: C: C- o+ P4 _0 _Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
1 w+ C$ m0 q! ~0 W. ^5 sŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
  ]+ P, h8 v" d1 @  QŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
/ O, R* g8 i0 I8 uŸ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
