工作职责
Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
' P% Q* F, j7 KŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
+ M3 h# h$ t0 o: j3 B0 OŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
6 @% h# s+ U  f7 e% w" ~$ i  \4 EŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
; M( @  G$ D( J) dŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
" F( u" C* ]1 W' TŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
9 ^+ H' M* J0 o3 Z0 M) Y" x# OŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
+ S& v- P# o7 P" y, [0 e0 d& T! {Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
- P+ r2 C. h3 l: Q; q! FŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
/ B1 p' d5 c, |8 i: r5 VŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
  U7 ^# N* n+ IŸ   Valid driver’s license
" g* c* M$ a1 [# N# uŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
0 _1 k4 T6 p3 L7 HŸ   Computer experience required.
  K3 m9 }% c+ V, Z+ k  H5 ~; q6 |Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
