The Sushi Food Prep Teammate is responsible for the day-to-day operations including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
-Job Responsibilities:
Create high-quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling, and date stamping.
3 W1 J# n8 E. U' a4 A' R* T$ O, y/ L% @Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
" G4 d5 S# X) s' X3 G6 f) X' TProvide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
4 M  U* T# |9 j% y; VMaintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk.
1 J- `1 `) s. ~9 k) G8 VOrder and receive raw materials and dry goods.
) r+ `  Y. V: \8 X* `7 L) rMaintain daily production records.
5 p; H, r5 p- w& I+ S8 ZPerform monthly inventories and training of new teammates as required.
-Qualifications:
Ability to lift up to 20lbs, Ability to multi-task and work in a high-paced environment Ability to stand for an extended period of time Flexibility to work various shifts and weekends Likes dealing with people Ability to work in a team.
