i am going to rent a apartment on  May 1st, it is a 2 bedroom apartment on the 3th floor in a total 22 floors high rise building beside Michener Park . address: 12020-49 Avenue. rent is 490$/month , including everyting and we will share the internet fee.

the room is really clean.Parking lot is also available with extra 20 or 30$/month.This apartment offers a great river band view and plenty of sunshine with direct bus to university (43 and 50, 10 min), Southgate and West Mall.
