Responsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking.
% O# q) F- c/ t6 @ q1 A s+ TResponsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.7 G# i3 L" b* [/ O* k d
Responsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.
1 X, F7 c0 m+ c/ cResponsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.$ M% w k: l* S/ V0 n
Responsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.
7 V5 b4 L1 a+ b C5 OResponsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.; H, S4 q' N6 s/ c; K3 a' ^
Network and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.2 ]9 Z V. J8 y; w5 O
Implement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.
- F8 }' z$ y8 IBuild IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.
