Responsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking.
( D9 b1 Z) L, {# y4 w+ e# iResponsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.
+ s. A* C2 _: k. VResponsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.2 P; f. N4 m8 K( m
Responsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.
/ s, t* D+ y$ LResponsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users./ i; M, K5 h# u! _7 d* r
Responsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.
; r9 E7 |3 t% INetwork and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.
" k* E4 L' n( b. @4 Q$ uImplement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.
9 o) x# e5 _- C0 E$ qBuild IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.7 y) ^5 `% ^: q! z- p
Help desk support for users, including desktop support, printer machine support, IT training etc. |
