Job Description
; k7 V) }, G4 oResponsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking.' V. Q, ^, b$ W
Responsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.
5 r# A! R8 _* H( A$ b2 j1 `Responsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.
/ v; d' E. U* c: k; I. x; U+ v7 W aResponsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.
- M, E( U7 S7 o& B+ d4 R0 z$ lResponsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.2 H( t- h1 A( y' [& M! q2 l
Responsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.' G! h& L8 L ]( ^* f
Network and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.- N: P, A& H/ R& G) h
Implement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.+ C5 Y$ U/ T( }7 d, `
Build IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.& I! |. V3 M' k
Help desk support for users, including desktop support, printer machine support, IT training etc. |
