Responsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking.
6 N) r$ V- S _" j, bResponsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.+ v( V0 D) X& x9 l% Y9 f
Responsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.' k) H6 R$ C: b& q% h
Responsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.9 Y) q3 @& V$ v6 P+ N; H0 y( }
Responsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.
5 K' e& d% P5 s9 z# t2 HResponsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.
d2 Q& o9 A' X3 CNetwork and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.$ b( ^) A$ r; E$ [0 F
Implement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.$ H( r/ l5 r4 B9 {- E E
Build IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc. Q) b+ j! N4 M) ]0 [
Help desk support for users, including desktop support, printer machine support, IT training etc. |
