CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

/ L! R$ w* J! M4 s7 c/ bResponsibilities:
; n" ]3 l9 x1 k8 j  W•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
/ L2 d1 r, n9 S3 ]+ d7 F% l•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
$ G4 L4 W6 a  G$ `$ Z•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
  h/ y# \& T5 h8 M; D6 Q( h•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
$ F6 d1 j* M' E! m•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
* Y# m7 L: E+ W•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
; Z. B8 p) ^9 D2 M) v9 x•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:

•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
3 ^/ r9 t/ }% T6 E5 ?5 H9 G1 g  R- Z•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
( Q/ |- H3 n/ R  _/ o. d•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
