CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

' }9 C8 y* }9 |$ U2 _9 SResponsibilities:
! v( ~/ v! P2 |7 i0 n•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
$ n: _1 m+ n% ~9 w2 D•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
! N5 P$ E# t1 u: F•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
& m8 Y$ N. r, U  W# H•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
0 w2 P, |& u& [: r1 u1 o$ N: S•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
5 x( Y: T4 i9 v8 T1 ]3 J•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
1 k7 B$ }* K; d+ ]/ `- F•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

9 r& v! n9 [; b9 W8 `2 x4 ZAccountant Requirements:
. X" D- s7 q$ f* }  Y
& a$ r* D: A+ X/ |: t•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
7 R1 R7 ]. B1 k•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
' h" h, a7 C8 Y) O3 I•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
