Job Responsibilities:

• Maximize company sales growth and profitability through the use of creative selling skills, teamwork and customer service
" q1 j3 h5 q( \6 z• Self motivated ability to work with little or no supervision
; b7 }( {4 x! C# ~. X8 N• Ensure store presentation standards and cleanliness
# ^" M  b& s* C2 t. Q) S• Maintain knowledge of all product information, intranet communications, and current advertising and marketing initiatives.
% |! Y4 q: s& k: J8 ^! z% H( I( n4 o• Maintain flexibility with schedule to meet the needs of the team and overall business.
• Help with moving furniture in showroom and assemble the display.

• Proven strong sales and customer service
' S! |5 D( t- G+ D5 j: a: m. X1 }4 R• outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient at analyzing numbers.
- ^& C1 d& B; d5 b; ]• Able to work under fast pace work environment.
0 m% M6 Q6 J6 Q4 p& f• Adept at problem solving and ability to manage change in a positive manner.
3 x# k; V; d# X7 E9 B! I& M• Strong computer skills and knowledge
• Ability to work independently and self-motivated
8 `9 Q* f& d% A• Act professionally, ethically and with integrity to use good judgment.

• Previous customer service experience
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

• A Post-secondary education is minimum requirement
