Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:

8 _! j5 ?( C7 _( D, N# k- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
- Team player and development minded.
- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.

- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.

; v" y2 n7 i/ F' r( k8 g- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
