Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
- Secondary school graduate
- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
- Team player and development minded.
- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
/ q' {$ U1 y# E% A. C3 o. M4 e- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.
; c9 y% a. F0 d0 W. Q- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.

- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
