Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:

- Team player and development minded.
' i# w; E- C ]8 C- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.8 | l1 A$ z7 X C: W
- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.4 L5 s; H, {7 n! Z! Q6 J7 t
- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.

- Professional appearance and attitude.
( [4 E# N1 ?" N: O- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.

- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
