Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
- Secondary school graduate
- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
* y* T/ v9 R' x- P$ |* R- Team player and development minded.
- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
) C& h+ N" L  @: t3 ~- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
+ f) |, j3 K2 {% B  I4 u5 |  @0 Y- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
3 }0 {+ O  ~( I9 X0 S  g- Professional appearance and attitude.
: V3 G& q! _' }, y0 f- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
# E$ c1 f! s; Q2 P- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
