- Secondary school graduate

- Team player and development minded.
- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.

- Professional appearance and attitude.
+ o* n( v9 z* @3 m8 d  z- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
# a" e' i" B9 b; q! b1 Q- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.

- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
