Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
- Secondary school graduate
' C% F( t5 A7 v3 R; a4 U# L9 W- n- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
# |: A' x, ~& L- Team player and development minded.
- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
, J- }+ r4 }0 D- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
