Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
- Secondary school graduate
- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
- Team player and development minded.
- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
6 b) I4 U4 I! C1 J8 V9 }" q2 O- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
* T  A' K# B* J2 |- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.

- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
0 y) Q4 ]+ P$ m8 }& p- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
