Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
- Secondary school graduate
& i6 n0 J, R1 A& S- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
2 i) c- [8 s6 L1 w% S$ i5 B- Team player and development minded.
# G6 c0 z, g4 c+ W1 I0 n- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
8 U9 }6 ]3 }6 W" g! S- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
) a  C# u" y$ c- n% ^- Professional appearance and attitude.
- n" R3 |/ F) I# Y& E5 t" U+ J4 V- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
6 w" r1 Y# R# }' f0 k- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
