Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
- Secondary school graduate
- r& H, L9 w. w- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
) k; W$ S( k+ v- Team player and development minded.
8 R5 q- ^+ T$ u' u  V$ g- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
( P- z3 p& Q5 A  p- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- v& d9 s7 v# y, c- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
6 [9 B$ x* |! E3 V( Z! u! h% u- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
3 t2 Q4 O3 e+ K4 x! u, O- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
# C3 ?4 V1 _) x# ^$ h) t# Y0 H- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
