- Secondary school graduate
' N  S1 x: b# h* h* l. ]& W! @5 C- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
/ v% g/ H/ S; a9 F5 ^9 V( e- Team player and development minded.
' w( R$ ?) _- ?! y# l; |- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
1 T4 e3 `+ O3 Z- Q! Z2 c- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
- Professional appearance and attitude.

- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
