- Secondary school graduate
- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
& o# Q- x# h  V: y" a6 d- Team player and development minded.
1 T& l0 [) X# o* |- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
; s, P( V0 v  ~: S+ }  g3 B- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
- p* m3 Y1 I8 U' ]8 o' T- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
5 C' H# ^, D$ Y3 y' F8 J; c- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
