Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
% W2 y) W4 i6 B7 ~- Secondary school graduate
- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
! b6 }1 M  j' E1 }; r* z8 U- Team player and development minded.
* o$ U% s/ y6 v: y% C, \- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.

0 z9 |- h* c) N: ]6 Y- K- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
