Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
8 w9 T/ m- C9 J( f5 s- Secondary school graduate
; D+ ^8 P3 X6 b5 u: H- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
- Team player and development minded.
# g$ _- c1 j/ c! s( @! `- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- M+ N  u- L1 C3 G3 p9 Q: P: L/ y- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
: a% |% }) w6 F- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
/ O0 ^( K# f% w+ z. e- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
/ b. {: m; w' g6 V9 t+ r- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
; W* e, g$ R& {6 y% [- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
