Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
& H) b. d. l5 T4 M. _- Secondary school graduate
- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
/ U/ _' w) e" U3 @- N8 d  i- Team player and development minded.
* ^  \5 y5 l3 j) m2 v+ D3 e- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.
+ u& c0 O3 |! w+ h( }( c- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
* e* Y6 b: U5 K; D8 c& N# H- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
5 N0 P3 U7 m, a5 g- G+ g7 d- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
