Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:

- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
- Team player and development minded.
) l" u' A! B6 ]/ L* H3 l( z2 i- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
& r0 `$ h0 w6 z" _/ f- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
* o" O7 q. S  m2 g0 b6 @7 F3 c" ]- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.

- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
% l& x7 I' M9 H2 x: b) P* q- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
