Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
) E, |1 b3 `% [; J- Secondary school graduate
- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
, B4 C1 d: e; \4 _. k; ?# `( e) n5 h- Team player and development minded.
7 m2 n9 M( T0 r. Y4 J- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.

- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
! k2 E) F" D) q, j6 i- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
  V0 c6 I5 ^7 [6 \- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
