Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:

# _5 F9 q+ [1 \$ J- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.

- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
/ b% C4 J$ m  e% {# U- W- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
/ s9 n4 S: F) `% K: s- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
