Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
- Secondary school graduate
. v  g2 `" k) M& ^# }" j* {- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
- Team player and development minded.
9 w& G4 X4 r7 g9 R) h- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
( \+ _5 v4 j1 [2 A; x$ b) Y0 d) B/ `3 O- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
. J0 v+ j1 J0 P! e$ j1 S3 T- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.

- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
