Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:

- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
- Team player and development minded.
) k2 z8 B& y. s9 O/ t( ]- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
7 e- Q! a7 |' G, {- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
9 q( V8 |3 J0 ^  Z4 `- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
; r: b5 V) m, J* K& y# W- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
- U, h+ d& ?( e! I, p6 Z1 [- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
