- Secondary school graduate
. v, E' ]) c+ ^* s7 Q7 [- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.

- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
$ c! o& [( D9 Q! k) z3 O- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
- h; Y$ B" n. g# ]  l: E- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
1 G3 w% f: n1 w$ J6 O* \0 _- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
