- Secondary school graduate
9 E* V8 P( X8 v4 Q- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
- Team player and development minded.
- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- R9 {# P3 v! `) p9 @  A" p" x- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
$ Q5 ~+ {  y; x* D7 _, x- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.

- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
