Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
. p$ z1 [; L( T- f' l  a9 n6 T- Secondary school graduate
- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
9 v! X6 Y$ y' E/ c- Team player and development minded.
/ M& ~2 T3 A7 C# f; g0 N4 M# E- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
; W" ?2 m" Q0 X6 M+ F: l8 a1 E- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
8 R  u! o: Y9 N/ K- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
; ~% k$ U8 u4 d7 H- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
& m- ?/ Z2 C+ G/ D9 Q! T- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
$ w: t* f; _" ]5 Q. F- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
