Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
( n# E' o* s$ Z: X# J  W- Secondary school graduate
- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
. l$ B; z/ D; }0 E5 M7 r' H- Team player and development minded.
! {, U1 `- J3 u6 y% S4 q/ r- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
* v. O+ Q3 W! q( k- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.
! C# m9 V) w- P: E- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
2 G8 O; U% u5 A5 N& L3 q- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
