Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
7 n2 F3 ~9 a* o4 ^- Secondary school graduate
1 a0 h0 V. [! F! X3 H( M- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
4 A! W) e. m( a# L  Q- Team player and development minded.
- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  r, M  K* R! `5 g- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.
5 \! k. H( }) ]( Z* b7 {# k- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
! i) C6 L4 ], P, b) r2 v- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
- M- Y2 {& j; y4 M% f$ v+ p9 ^- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
3 D7 [+ t8 I3 {2 I7 Q- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
