Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
! m+ s  `! a) Y# [- Secondary school graduate
- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
- Team player and development minded.
- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
. ]' [" P$ B% V- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.
# M# A2 ^( T2 v" f4 o- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
1 z9 F- n" j/ m5 R" d: t$ Z- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
6 z- |( W4 p5 I" t" f9 g. G- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
