Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
- Secondary school graduate
! U3 V. j" L0 B' g$ D' h  h- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
" p( m- C  y) L2 \5 C- Team player and development minded.
- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
. M0 p7 L) A* z8 }0 u- c! d- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
/ M- e8 h+ {) D( ?4 `, N  \7 G- Professional appearance and attitude.
6 n9 U# _- S; K- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
# B" Q: B" d, G2 m" `. B- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
; t6 c! [* X1 ]- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
