- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
- Team player and development minded.

- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
% k+ k* B! z4 h/ b6 N- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
