Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
' R! w. {& ~" W) p+ o- Secondary school graduate
- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
- Team player and development minded.
% b% B/ i+ W/ G" Q/ H8 K  t% r- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
: i1 N2 r* Q* ]8 B- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
. }: [' ?1 D" W* b- a: z# f- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
  r! r" ^- ~  t# ?/ n- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
