- Secondary school graduate

- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.

/ g9 |4 s( ^0 @0 U- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
. w9 i8 {9 h0 C5 j% U, f- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
