Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
) b' K# A+ A! F- ?/ m' B' _-Completion of a post-secondary education
4 p$ Y4 ^* ~1 z7 L7 g-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
" \& n# D. K) w6 [4 R: Q-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
8 b, q% p. Z( `-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
+ M- ]; P# S  i. ?  F  Y-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
" h' O2 s  H) r* B+ o-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
4 `' L  ?  q) l9 f$ r. j% Z-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
6 ~# E$ S6 k5 U. ?$ @0 z9 U5 M: r-Sales Experience is an asset
1 C$ d) i/ |1 _8 H-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
