-Completion of a post-secondary education
3 R  D  [9 w% y  V4 `  F-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
: W; }* B3 ~7 s; h: m6 ?  h-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
+ ~, q% i/ n8 w  o-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
+ `3 q+ t3 i% P' D( r3 A-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
& a8 \: }! B9 K% h+ X1 T$ [-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
$ b0 _* S; |* a  h-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
  S+ R) n9 ~7 e  h) Q( t( _-Sales Experience is an asset
-Fluent in English and Cantonese
8 U0 W: l+ f8 U; L-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
