- D& M5 `" Z; F! rPLC, HMI and SCADA programming of control systems in a variety of platforms for water and wastewater treatment systems.& S" D, j; B P1 N' Q
Configuration and testing of PLC data and IO networks.. i" T" B: f, {. @- f) T) X3 f
Read and process engineering documents, including P&IDs, process design guidelines, Electrical Schematics, Communications Network Architecture and engineering best practices guides., F% W8 X2 @9 Z* ~* Q0 @
Collaborate in cross-functional project team discussions and meetings, and proactively seek relevant details for programming deliverables.

6 j% T* n. Y+ h0 Q, \2 TContribute to the design of process controls strategies and documentation with operator and equipment safety in mind.

Lead/coordinate/guide other automation programming resources for projects as needed3 I' K" D" k) K# {& k! T" L( u
Communicate in a formal, professional, and technical manner to various audiences
0 h/ S) J6 g4 U# Q& Q5 D4 TProvide timely support for field service teams during commissioning, trouble-shooting, and issue resolution

Establish, maintain, implement and follow standard practices for programming.& e& i' O3 d, h! U. z; L
Execute projects for a wide variety of Water Treatment Technologies (including Ion Exchange, Immersed and Pressurized Ultra Filtration, Membrane Bioreactors, Reverse Osmosis, Electro Deionization, Electrodialysis Reversal, Thermal, Conventional)
& D+ d& W8 l: F: J5 r3 e" RParticipate in customer witnessed FAT, SAT and other related Control System checkouts as needed
6 K; r; f" q4 \7 J& }Work with internal stakeholders to provide input up front in the project cycle including bids, design reviews and factory testing& S5 ~- B2 V8 B- j
Lead internal initiatives aimed at improving the automation team and greater business and independently drive to closure& f& i5 y' r( u; f. e& c2 X
Occasional domestic travel (~15%) for client meetings or customer site visits., Q) O& Y3 A5 Y4 _+ l/ m

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Equivalent from an accredited University or College+ ~. f% z' E4 x, P. ^+ A, l6 a$ M0 X
Two to five years' experience developing Rockwell based PLC, HMI and SCADA programs for process control applications.8 R0 \/ T5 s; @" g3 q
Automation testing experience (simulation and/or field environment)* q+ Z0 l3 T* W( C. m) m" B5 Y$ i
Experience interpreting process control documents.# h- `' X; {+ N/ K* ? n
Excellent written/verbal communication skills and problem-solving abilities
. y; m, t4 ~# o# |% x3 FProven ability to follow set of procedures and standards, and extrapolate new concepts from established standards' a3 |) D5 U/ R( _
Knowledge of and/or demonstrated ability to learn equipment and processes related to SUEZ WTS products and systems including but not limited to RO/ED, UF/MBR, Ion Exchange, Thermal and Conventional technologies4 \/ ~8 U5 V# K$ X" s
Valid passport and driver's license.

Understanding of hydraulics and fundamentals of fluid mechanics and previous experience with water treatment systems) i8 @( B# w7 B, ^! p, f* s
Strong knowledge of water/wastewater process: Understand biological processes, disinfection, BOD, coagulation, etc.
. Z' T' P7 _4 d2 }+ ?4 h- @Mechanical experience particularly with water treatment equipment (pumps, valves, instrumentation, relief valves, regulators, pneumatic systems, etc.)- {; S1 f! _$ a, Q
Electrical experience particularly with electrical panels and water treatment equipment6 m1 T6 r4 N, ]- D7 f. S
Ability to operate under pressure on tight timelines while producing detailed and accurate documents' X/ l: k$ t0 y
Ability to quickly shift focus from one technical issue to another while maintaining commitment to accuracy and precision# h+ ] U3 s" ~, \. |9 T6 d
