Essential Responsibilities:
p7 l Y v$ c/ U$ I " s1 @; |5 G% z% Y; e: p& l, P
PLC, HMI and SCADA programming of control systems in a variety of platforms for water and wastewater treatment systems.
3 b2 U1 O+ V0 e+ G/ n3 R8 {' LConfiguration and testing of PLC data and IO networks.) ^. X+ d4 `, U
Read and process engineering documents, including P&IDs, process design guidelines, Electrical Schematics, Communications Network Architecture and engineering best practices guides.( \. [! S1 o& f0 H; L
Collaborate in cross-functional project team discussions and meetings, and proactively seek relevant details for programming deliverables.

2 a% c: m6 |2 F, y8 wContribute to the design of process controls strategies and documentation with operator and equipment safety in mind.% c0 {. k. j( u0 B+ M7 v! @
Manage budget, scope and schedule and report risks and opportunities to project managers in timely manner.9 N1 v+ I9 z, F& D( m
Lead/coordinate/guide other automation programming resources for projects as needed

Work with 3rd-party system integrators to coordinate plant design and operation as needed
' [: Y+ w' `/ c& A: D: qEstablish, maintain, implement and follow standard practices for programming.
1 ]' D" @8 r6 D, z2 rExecute projects for a wide variety of Water Treatment Technologies (including Ion Exchange, Immersed and Pressurized Ultra Filtration, Membrane Bioreactors, Reverse Osmosis, Electro Deionization, Electrodialysis Reversal, Thermal, Conventional)

Work with internal stakeholders to provide input up front in the project cycle including bids, design reviews and factory testing

Occasional domestic travel (~15%) for client meetings or customer site visits.

9 ]* \! v2 J! Z R4 VBachelor's Degree in Engineering or Equivalent from an accredited University or College
) v# D0 B2 ^7 V" Y, ^( F' FTwo to five years' experience developing Rockwell based PLC, HMI and SCADA programs for process control applications.
" v( l2 W& b8 u4 ], E' BAutomation testing experience (simulation and/or field environment)
+ v) x5 p' W j$ z r* d$ p1 qExperience interpreting process control documents.
, \; C1 k- }$ E2 s6 ~0 x7 lExcellent written/verbal communication skills and problem-solving abilities3 ~. \+ D6 Q }; j# x: {; B( p% i
Proven ability to follow set of procedures and standards, and extrapolate new concepts from established standards
& d; y2 b! v g& v; q) f, h3 K) bKnowledge of and/or demonstrated ability to learn equipment and processes related to SUEZ WTS products and systems including but not limited to RO/ED, UF/MBR, Ion Exchange, Thermal and Conventional technologies5 ]4 {1 \/ n, w

Mechanical experience particularly with water treatment equipment (pumps, valves, instrumentation, relief valves, regulators, pneumatic systems, etc.)+ d+ a& Y& V, e5 F
Electrical experience particularly with electrical panels and water treatment equipment) r6 p) S; ^. e# \
Ability to operate under pressure on tight timelines while producing detailed and accurate documents
