•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.
•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.
; v0 L7 w. I, i+ K: P•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.
. {( Z9 L; D$ {1 e9 L•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.
5 d7 r! Y4 X, E2 ]; f•Follow the change management processes for all the production change.
. k/ y# g9 i( P# D* Q/ w•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.

Qualifications

2 a( V9 F2 k( Y. ~" n1 x' C3 H2 T•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.
•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.
; L/ b+ `) N( O4 K•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).
# g0 I& k' d1 C5 X2 [0 ^•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).
; l3 _0 ~' O+ }" {. v7 h•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.
•Good organizational and logical thinking skills.
  }1 T* }1 ]3 B4 ?$ W$ L0 y•Excellent documentation skills with detail and accuracy.
" y% X8 k) N$ p) _0 A$ N: v•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education and Experience
8 i. K) Y* {% L% {+ s6 n0 jPost-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field.
3 C6 M/ K/ W: r' @: ?( L8 z
2+ years network related experience.
