•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.
•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.
, _- K: P9 R, ?; i  r0 E•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.
•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.
" c, _. G# }  f! L•Follow the change management processes for all the production change.
•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.
•Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support for network related issues.

Your Capabilities and Credentials
•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.
; o+ V4 u: N8 _- G: L. ]5 X1 n•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.
  V% X1 J. K8 J- u) m$ e4 S5 W+ i. m•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).
•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).
# d6 D) C% ^# x* c9 Q6 M" q  F•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.
& @* N; a5 x) `- B- @•Good organizational and logical thinking skills.
8 Z' f! w( M% u4 J7 S( f, w•Excellent documentation skills with detail and accuracy.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education and Experience
Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field.

2+ years network related experience.
