1) Administrative assistant
a)  part-time      b) full-time

- Customer service background
. Y, k. ?$ x- L- Typing speed 35 wpm as minimum
6 X3 \3 H% x8 @1 N) }" q- Excellent computer skills
0 Y) h6 x- Y6 D- Multi- tasking   
- Speak  fluent English
- Speak second language is an asset.

2) Office Manager

/ {& a2 d& p" M9 S2 m) X- Positive attitude, energetic
- Excellent computer skills
$ O8 O9 F& \4 c' D: E- Multi- tasking, time management
& O8 R' M5 B/ B5 r* F- Strong organizational skills
- Effective team player

- level 2 insurance or willing to obtain in 1-2 week ; quick learner
- Goal oriented
