Hawaiian Chicken

•        1/4 cup (50 mL) Soy sauce
9 h1 y% n, v4 m•        2 tbsp (25 mL) Liquid honey ; b. x- q7 }: g
•        1 tsp (5 mL) Ground ginger   J% j! j8 x% c1 g
•        1 Clove garlic, minced
6 \* q# ^' I+ W" U/ {! ?7 s•        Pinch pepper4 h' I3 k( e! v7 g
•        4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts8 k* W  E1 E& p. K. Z
•        4 Pineapple slices$ q+ V8 D8 r( S2 E% @: V

In bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic and pepper; add chicken and let marinate for 15 minutes.

Reserving marinade, arrange chicken and pineapple in single layer on foil-lined baking sheet. Brush with marinade; broil for about 4 minutes per side or until chicken is golden and no longer pink inside. Serve topped with pineapple.

For large chicken breasts, flatten slightly with meat pounder to ensure even cooking.& X5 p( S" V; E
