6. Organizational and multi-task skills. Could handle high pressure work and cold calls.

+ A( ^6 J1 @) V! ]) L7. Working Hour request: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm with 1 hour break in between (Monday to Friday except statutory holiday)

8. Overtime may be require during Oct – Dec busy season.

2. Order Acknowledge by email

3. Order Checking according to guideline

8 B6 G% C, l+ v# n: b4. Order/Data entry Accuracy in time manner

5. Send orders to warehouse

! f0 E3 b# N6 w8 x; X9 }6. Communicate with warehouse if there is any special request

7. Follow up and report about order status

9. Respond to customer inquiries and ability to solve problems
