在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.: v2 ^% t* a9 X6 O; D  p

4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR 
$ c1 o) f  C7 _4 m2 E2 packages yeast 
. [( |+ F2 X& J9 {. S- |8 V1/3 cup nonfat dry milk 
! n( M# ~' m  X1 teaspoon salt5 `0 N) U" i: e' ~ 
1/2 cup pineapple juice 
: R8 T8 q" f- Z3 D$ t# c/ L- k4 u/ L, @1/2 cup water( H3 B% C1 A2 @, L4 D* H6 X- j# y 
1/3 cup shortening 
% t- J6 ]% W3 }+ N+ U1/4 cup honey 
1 ?( r& C  G/ B2 j2 eggs 
5 J2 U& [2 @) V$ f8 Y  L: B* Z1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired: S$ ?) [+ H: F, ]8 ]% y 
 
( D9 _' t+ T+ G& Z1 Y5 F  ?% gIn a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and  d: O( F8 a/ y" ^, s7 I 
salt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice$ }8 ]+ t7 E/ c7 Z 
, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;5 ]( ^& S( j. h" ]. N+ L- J 
shortening does not need to melt.) 
6 d6 N- P) l8 ]5 eAdd to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed, C/ s( X0 q) t2 I 
until moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually 0 d$ r: y: ]& z 
stir8 Z2 E+ D- I( J% n 
in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured  
% x! t$ D% x1 bsurface 
& e: ~( b7 z% K. {until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl, 
( U6 A  S/ C' N9 {. A' H" a+ U# X2 {/ Q* Rturning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes- p9 w6 e/ D) L( { 
(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast).

Punch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.+ y* a; @5 p* i$ T$ `0 S 
Place in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place ! `3 o' U# U6 j' V1 v

beaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree
