适合我们中国人口味的面包

在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.

Honey Bread

6 |) G. v: r) \! B4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
/ s. ~$ T) E: X6 s$ v  t8 L6 @, S, [2 packages yeast
2 I$ Y3 P0 u1 G' }1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
8 [& P. V: j' z# ], @0 `1 teaspoon salt
2 `6 ~6 k; R0 S  I, J& P" v: J1/2 cup pineapple juice  ], @! v  b" u5 M- E
1/2 cup water
* u$ y' M0 j( M; i/ n1/3 cup shortening3 j- T$ q6 r) |% b! E( |+ A
1/4 cup honey
/ Z( @( ~7 ^7 u: ?1 P0 w9 C. d$ O2 eggs
# E) y- w7 c) e$ p3 f1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired

" O4 M1 b8 _: CIn a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and" y/ l( Q+ w0 B9 H' ?3 {
salt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice2 p: I- `( i/ B% _6 ~  `0 N
, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;

- G1 E; W7 d9 c7 k0 d5 H2 B. P; AAdd to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed+ N* ]1 _& ~2 f6 s4 P- g! {
until moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually
; N# w, K- M9 f3 ]stir
5 m) L0 z9 B6 R) w) M" O* U. }in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured
7 u2 V0 I4 ^4 E8 c# @* usurface
+ D% m/ u% a: muntil smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,
& `+ l3 f7 L- P2 N% Uturning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes
8 E$ s; V* @$ Q8 T" Y2 w(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast).
& G/ A( [7 o  e$ s# B, `
4 V2 s) t+ B. L3 v$ H* S2 pPunch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.
& I. m$ c2 m3 d2 z6 T5 m: L/ V  APlace in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place

% Z! Y1 B" X+ C5 Wto 20 minutes (30 minutes for active dry yeast). combine one slightly9 Y$ D7 O* f9 U% L) c
beaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree
% q( C! Z; `8 Q" g( F8 u5 o0 Zfor7 }* B8 b, z) o* D1 O. @4 y. c
35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool.
