适合我们中国人口味的面包

在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.( g# i" b3 N! `4 B! ?3 E* i: Q2 \1 n8 w

Honey Bread
: B  N" |  B0 M  @7 H; S0 |$ Q0 C7 c
% ], n  J9 |. `" y4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR" p7 y! B' B1 _6 g4 j5 C
2 packages yeast
8 c" x7 c  E/ k% z4 x1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
, ]; Z6 T4 C/ P5 [; C& a1 teaspoon salt
$ s" n. ~: k4 q. {: D- Q1/2 cup pineapple juice
  w2 K9 L7 B5 N1/2 cup water
  Z$ r  k; `* E. K1/3 cup shortening
3 u9 {# S' A  n- z1/4 cup honey& C, d9 M8 {$ j# I
2 eggs
) _/ c& M8 _% \8 H1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired

0 j, L( z. u) }/ e3 DIn a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and
1 N2 @) J" X% M" q' Ysalt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice3 D) N% C# U  s
, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;
' g& W+ A# ]; R9 Z3 J4 f3 G9 s( jshortening does not need to melt.)) R2 |) a3 B; r* H
Add to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed, C! H7 M" K" F) @
until moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually

/ X1 u! Q# N' z3 C# I+ rin enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured
! b% O5 f# v3 D) V- f* W, esurface: o1 I0 F3 [8 D0 ?2 h
until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,; m0 S  N- O: W& T& ?$ J
turning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes

Punch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.# L- l, E! `1 B4 ?# R: m& \4 p+ D( c. ]
Place in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place 3 t2 W! D1 V9 \8 O+ x8 F. s7 l

to 20 minutes (30 minutes for active dry yeast). combine one slightly
# d* v0 u1 I/ Q3 G* J( L0 o/ ubeaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree

6 n( f/ ~/ H) l+ J$ s1 n35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool.
