适合我们中国人口味的面包

在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.

4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR2 X7 k# z' a% Z2 O6 Y* ~6 e
2 packages yeast% M  u' A9 E# T# m$ X. I
1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
) ?0 M& l# `' z/ W) i0 I1 teaspoon salt/ u- F! d5 S: H& J5 y4 r  v
1/2 cup pineapple juice
- |) y) Q/ ]& p+ F6 h8 s8 G3 a1/2 cup water/ Y' R2 A. x( _1 M) v& N
1/3 cup shortening8 Z6 n* ~9 [1 _/ m3 L# f
1/4 cup honey
2 p& o) l) \1 K0 k2 eggs; {5 `6 D# J0 _  `$ L, A
1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired3 M6 c1 I( V8 f& b7 S7 H
& {. y" R  c  u, R% [+ H4 K9 `8 s
In a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and, E6 {8 P7 l! s+ W$ j
salt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice4 F" C* B( F% |0 C
, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;; I& {' `! k/ D8 M$ O
shortening does not need to melt.)
  n! L+ ^) H. J9 t& j' o' `1 R. _Add to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed! Q% `# W; ~, a5 _! o% O
until moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually , `2 d# U9 M0 C7 V' ~
stir
$ {& \" X* i- h+ N* v; Kin enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured
+ l/ q6 e: ~$ l; |# D: Xsurface) b0 Q+ y6 u! L
until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,. p) a2 H& V8 N. j! c+ @8 N2 V- ?
turning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes: e$ ~- t  I* W* y
(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast).

( R" F9 l. H( E  B3 F2 vPunch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.; x. S! g( t3 m0 ]
Place in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place

to 20 minutes (30 minutes for active dry yeast). combine one slightly! ?  F+ A6 l& Y( p: g& r3 H- Q1 e) L
beaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree
, }6 B# U% [- g( r" K2 Wfor( Y4 K' p2 M5 n3 w; C6 x& K
35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool.
