Adhere to the highest standards of organizational management and fiscal responsibility Build networks, alliances and partnerships
Achieve and maintain accreditation standards

9 L2 B2 j, Q4 q1 }4 y+ eA minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, or a combination of management, health and/or public administration courses and related experience is required.
• A Master’s degree is preferred in a related discipline

! q, _) f* x) [, y7 E
Demonstrated involvement with Board’s of Directors.
, i1 e7 ?" \7 X5 J- H5 }/ c5 TPublic speaking and crisp writing skills are essential.
Senior’s housing, long-term care, supportive living and homecare in a position of leadership.
Professional:

9 S1 y% M1 x5 ]5 o# S  ]Current or past Member of a professional organization (regionally, nationally or international).

- H. K% r. m  S7 ?& P1 u' g. oCurrent or past Member of a Community Provincial, National or International organization.
/ H% e- L, ^2 \$ S, ]$ OMaintains current membership within statutory bodies and organizations in or outside the
