In accordance with the Edmonton Chinatown Care Centre’s mission vision and values, the Chief Executive officer will lead the organization focusing on the following objectives:

6 q' v5 {* A/ n3 ^3 `8 Y4 q# rAdhere to the highest standards of organizational management and fiscal responsibility Build networks, alliances and partnerships
Achieve and maintain accreditation standards
Engage and collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders
& m+ r* d8 G' W, d1 r- XBe accountable for decision and actions
0 k& Y+ `6 x' a( ~: M6 o8 l9 UMitigate risk to the organization.
. C; z$ b) o& Z; a8 GEducation:

A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, or a combination of management, health and/or public administration courses and related experience is required.
( e# `) n* p5 X/ y6 u: }+ W• A Master’s degree is preferred in a related discipline
" d9 V8 X9 e7 h2 NExperience:

Demonstrated involvement with Board’s of Directors.
/ v' ^2 d  m# J- O9 WPublic speaking and crisp writing skills are essential.
Senior’s housing, long-term care, supportive living and homecare in a position of leadership.

  R3 }9 H% S9 B; S% U& J* Q5 N0 cCurrent or past Member of a professional organization (regionally, nationally or international).

Current or past Member of a Community Provincial, National or International organization.
Maintains current membership within statutory bodies and organizations in or outside the
Center objectives.
