Achieve and maintain accreditation standards
" K% o* H" d8 l$ e; `Engage and collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders
* W  Q5 [! |2 `( z) p% n% W* k3 PBe accountable for decision and actions
Mitigate risk to the organization.
' @: z- t3 t5 |/ MEducation:

+ ^. d# c8 i/ f, v0 M- V% q0 RA minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, or a combination of management, health and/or public administration courses and related experience is required.
% x% V9 o9 r/ b, [• A Master’s degree is preferred in a related discipline
/ B# k- l: M* d- }( yExperience:
% W9 U9 y. R9 M
7 ^& g; I2 p& |/ }( @Demonstrated involvement with Board’s of Directors.
2 H: `2 e( u# XPublic speaking and crisp writing skills are essential.
( M  r3 R5 j! O, QSenior’s housing, long-term care, supportive living and homecare in a position of leadership.
Professional:

Current or past Member of a professional organization (regionally, nationally or international).
% m1 n9 p* b; [5 p1 o- ?9 i
Current or past Member of a Community Provincial, National or International organization.
Maintains current membership within statutory bodies and organizations in or outside the
Center objectives.
