诚恳问问各位, 我们想买个duplex 然后地下室装修一房一厅出租, 独立门口进出,请问 可行吗？ 政府知道后会不会捉我们呢

从立法上，只有独立屋地下室才可能是 legal basement suite。联排地下室不行。

看zonging ， 如果在建在fourplex zonging上的duplex的地下室并且符合出租的规定是可以合法出租的。
