一年开不了几次的车如何申请保险下调

如题，家有一辆旧车，卖了没几个钱，留着等孩子明年开春学车用，可是按正常交保险总觉得不划算，大家有什么建议没有？谢谢啦。

2. store the car for the winter - basically take out "collision and upset" coverage
