As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsibilities for:
8 |( f5 C1 Q0 ]% `* m9 \• Answering the phones, call city and inspector, city planner;
• showing the new house and company property;
2 D$ ~  u# h1 X# [+ i+ a• Organizing mail;
• Creating purchase orders/data entry of work orders and tenant information;
; f# L* I3 F7 ?$ h" E' L! y' k& r• Organizing files and documents related to contract and leases;
7 L0 r. l+ B3 s: Q! E' V6 J• Other duties as required;
• Flexible work time, at least 0.6 work load;
• Familiar with construction and rental industrial.

Qualifications
! w; o+ b0 J! W" X5 I( ?/ Y- Minimum 2 year of administrative support experience
- Excellent verbal communication in both English and Mandarin
: z) r+ F. ?, y; R) y- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, quickbook)
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
