“Science Literacy Week highlights Canada’s outstanding scientists and science communicators from coast-to-coast. The goals are to showcase the excellence and diversity of Canadian science and to show how exciting science is.", N& t3 W6 {' e& K D! x
As part of Science Literacy Week, Kids Code Jeunesse will be running free workshops for kids across Canada from Sept 18th – Sept 24th in Libraries and community centres to introduce children to science and code.' y2 ^1 H2 B& c
This September, Kids Code Jeunesse will be in the Edmonton area and we need your help! We're looking for volunteer mentors for Coding workshop.0 n# s' W) S) y) \; }; w( b
Key Responsibilities:
# t0 |+ n. Q( b, J7 g1 e, k- mentoring learners and providing support to our lead instructors to help create a warm, friendly and inclusive learning environment for children
