LOCATION: EDMONTON, ALBERTA, CANADA

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:
• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
$ l8 ~  Z0 c; z' @   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
0 B, ]" \0 l' t* u' ?* Q   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
& T1 c1 K/ w* e7 N& i, A   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
# L0 c2 ?& L  ^% k0 o2 l   o Microsoft Operations Manager
   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
   o Linux based operating systems
   o Sun Solaris operating systems
   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.

$ _8 h- l( _0 V% r! C2 d• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
; N: f& b; v$ o* D5 H1 KSMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
; K# a* A& c4 @- ]• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

& z& x* R' `9 |) o; OSKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
& G0 u% ~9 L+ U8 ]% ?• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy
• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy
• Certification should include some or all of the following:
; F9 E0 M! l4 ?: @& ?: I   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)
   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)
   o Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)
   o Any other professional certification designations are a bonus
8 v' Q1 t' }8 x2 o• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects
• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service
! d; D$ S! Z3 ?: \& j• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
8 V: u; l% k! ~5 b0 \  ~• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
3 x9 B$ x# {; p& K5 }• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
6 B+ s" R! h+ p# G/ P; v0 N  n• Have 4+ years of network design experience
