SALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:
• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
7 ^; w9 Y# _6 m1 O; R- \   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
7 Y# \9 E5 Y3 z1 Q   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
0 K0 ^& y: T% k0 j   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
- V0 s0 v$ H8 o! H& `# @, y   o Microsoft Operations Manager
3 U& L4 ?0 K9 v9 d/ A% [   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
   o Linux based operating systems
1 ?, `2 x% A& C   o Sun Solaris operating systems
   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
) S; `2 S7 b- M• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
9 C4 L/ s, E; U0 w• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
, L6 \- q% U/ k9 Rplatform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
1 g* n, Q. K/ ]! @• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy
• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy
) K, W8 ]  L5 z. C7 v• Certification should include some or all of the following:
   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
* S8 n9 T# c" x# t) V$ \! m1 w. [   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
$ o' \+ u5 i4 _7 B& [4 m: H  f   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)
' `/ ]( M1 c! Q; O# `   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)
   o Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)

• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects
• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service
. O% S5 A2 u2 Y/ u• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
* i) Y0 n2 b8 z5 \; B1 h" f• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
# |6 h+ m0 c3 A9 j  e6 P4 m- r• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005

• Have led medium to large sized projects
• A valid Alberta driver’s license is mandatory
