DURATION: CONTRACT OR PERMANENT
SALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

7 t: H. O9 \& ^8 Q' V5 B• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
! t9 w- g  H% q9 m   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
   o Microsoft Operations Manager
   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
0 |- x' [7 B3 ]. C   o Linux based operating systems
   o Sun Solaris operating systems
   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
7 e$ }0 ]+ a6 n4 V8 J6 {  [• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.

9 M' k' l* m5 a: }5 J! T• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
2 P7 m  F& p: p" \• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy
• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy
• Certification should include some or all of the following:
3 e  k* n3 \/ k! D   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)
   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)

• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service
• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
  g9 V* r5 x4 S% e. y• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
• Have 4+ years of network design experience
