! ^( r6 l0 }  g7 f" v+ ], @/ BCalgary police have now laid charges against an 18-year-old Calgary woman following the death of a little girl at a crosswalk in the city's northwest.
4 v9 Z& {# q. BPolice Sgt. Doug McIlwraith said Tuesday that Angela Ta has been charged with passing a motor vehicle stopped for a pedestrian at a crosswalk, failing to yield at a crosswalk, and careless driving.
McIlwraith says the charges could mean a licence suspension, a $2,000 fine or six months in jail.
