76年老房还开价50万以上，还不知道按金付清了没有，这种西人的房子不敢碰。所谓装修升级实在不敢恭维。还是让他大降价再说吧。

its listing price is higher than city assessment, why say it is already dropped $20K, it is marked up instead.
