所有类别住宅物业在2016年12月的平均销售天数较同年11月都有所增加。这是冬季市场的典型现象。12月份，独立屋平均需要62天才能出售，11月则只需要52天。双拼/排屋需要78天的销售时间，11月是74天。公寓需要80天的时间来销售，比11月份延长了一天。大埃德蒙顿地区12月的总库存量为5,208，较2016年11月下降19.8％，较2015年同月上升2.4％。
