Yong Qiang Chartered Accountant is a small public practice accounting firm that serves the clients in Edmonton and surrounding areas. We provide accounting, tax, and other services for small sized businesses.

We are looking for a part time Accountant who can represent our firm by communicating with our clients while performing general accounting duties. You will develop your skills by working on a wide range of assignments. The main tasks will include but not limited to the following:
: q* g) r3 D6 g% p. R3 o• Perform Full cycle bookkeeping duties (AP, AR, Bank reconciliations, etc.) ! r4 u( |4 A( Y
• Prepare CaseWare working paper files, ' m( a9 m) g/ _1 B
• Prepare financial statements
$ ]9 {/ k2 E- x- y• Prepare corporate tax returns ( v, y, A9 @, i9 h9 @+ x. l' d2 d
• File GST returns
. Y8 g2 B; i ~• Process payroll, g! O a. {2 A
• File T4/T5 returns / a+ o6 l9 t0 M+ \- N6 g7 [- t
• Prepare personal tax returns
7 K, z, p# Y) N• Communication with our clients and government agencies 2 L" k$ x* _1 \% F0 Q% w
& @1 x6 u* m) d B7 s5 z9 bThe position requires prior public practice accounting experience, proficiency in Caseware, profile, Quickbooks, Sage 50, and Excel.
