( y) z3 R0 }: k: g0 G2 r- C! |* qWe are looking for a part time Accountant who can represent our firm by communicating with our clients while performing general accounting duties. You will develop your skills by working on a wide range of assignments. The main tasks will include but not limited to the following: 3 U" k5 }" D' k$ i
• Perform Full cycle bookkeeping duties (AP, AR, Bank reconciliations, etc.) * C. J. |, L- T5 X
• Prepare CaseWare working paper files, ( n) Y+ H# T( w4 M) [+ c
• Prepare financial statements
5 [ p+ h9 S8 c• Prepare corporate tax returns & Z* ~- S# T4 ?; j
• File GST returns : s; n2 U( n8 R: o) L
• Process payroll
4 L- T7 r, r( n4 X, z' C: f9 {• File T4/T5 returns 8 B0 y b1 N' ^" _
• Prepare personal tax returns
% d7 o4 c4 M5 G• Communication with our clients and government agencies 9 T$ r, Y& Q9 |4 L# P# L

The position requires prior public practice accounting experience, proficiency in Caseware, profile, Quickbooks, Sage 50, and Excel.

8 Z: c" m% [8 _3 v' K5 \Consideration will be given to the candidate who possess strong organization skills, have the ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines under pressure. Designation is preferred but not required.
