! o0 [% p) W1 f& ?* y) DPlan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
/ C4 q" J( C' W0 BEstimate food requirements and food/labor costs
2 b% u2 S- v2 M' fSupervise kitchen staff’s activities
Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
/ y0 H% ?2 E/ _' _0 k2 x  TRecruit and manage kitchen staff
5 d5 s2 G" f0 e5 G+ _7 D0 cRectify arising problems or complaints
Give prepared plates the “final touch”
9 p; J" q3 d6 @7 VPerform administrative duties

BS degree in Culinary science or related certificate
