请教保险事宜

上月下雨天，我老公开车在yellow head路上顶了一下老外的车屁股，当时就叫了警察到场，判断他为全责。后来估计我的TD保险公司为对方修了车。然后，我们的车就叫朋友修了一下。结果，最近，保险公司发来邮件，叫我在共享信息的同意书上签证（因为车主是我的名字）。还要到我家来叫老公写statement，我搞不懂，这是什么意思？有哪位高人指点一下。谢谢。如果不签，是否还有什么后果。

' Y, ]7 F/ X; {7 b; C: x记得因为有警察单子，合法修均有记录，车的事故会查到。若不修不会查到。一个朋友告诉我的。若轻度追尾可修可不修，不修可以。对方车修了，所以无waiver 涨保费是必然的。
