Key Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.3 H U" I+ K# Y J3 T
• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.* }, o2 P& b0 P/ S& ]* Q) c4 ^
• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.

% A& y b6 V' e. y; w( ?) ~: x• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.9 x1 D3 Q; a: ^7 m
• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.8 B2 Q9 ^7 ?2 D1 T) n g
• Perform route inspections as required." O" f, K9 _7 J) t
• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).

• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.. s1 e% p v" p/ r. j0 b
• Ensure local, provincial and federal laws and regulations are being observed within the community.. m4 d1 q! z& x/ B X3 @

! O" j) H: i4 m4 Q1 F7 I- }& ]• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset& S! @) w* [3 P6 c
• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred) h0 C' u& c" C
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
, u Y) N0 L7 l7 j( b) V) _# r• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills r, j, d8 p( Q5 o3 x( r8 i
• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal

• Security clearance required upon offer of employment
