• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident. t2 N& k. b0 ]- S( I& H) v

• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.
' i$ J0 k) C9 N& L3 d3 p! x• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.
& J) y5 |7 J, M' p, Q, ?0 X. m• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.
* Z% U+ }: I" ]0 c+ m/ V9 o• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.
' E( r, Y, d1 O' ?$ S$ c2 O• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.
2 r, ^5 J0 u& i+ t. G1 a5 i• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.

, J, M* o6 A& W. |' I; `• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).
4 E: l- J5 t- ~• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.
" E/ y! S! T" d1 A• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.
+ M- p/ Y9 u% v: z6 U2 V' z• Ensure local, provincial and federal laws and regulations are being observed within the community.5 p v; e9 s# q) h( @
" e) t+ H) E" U! ZRequired Skills & Abilities:- n! w7 S4 ^, M) S. X1 E. ^2 G6 q
• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset
0 J s4 x5 z0 T• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred4 C% z, l: Z) f p7 a, q
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

• Must be flexible and willing to change roles or responsibilities as required
