• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.

• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.
- e# x# R, [5 f3 |7 }• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.' z8 d; B' r0 y2 Z* S# B1 c+ A/ v
• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.0 V1 e' n! ~# l) a& o' F& y% ^
• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.
6 V- o! E/ i/ W& k• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.
) [9 c4 ?7 `* ~9 W2 }& g7 X• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.# U; _- V4 `: t9 u0 y/ F
• Perform route inspections as required.7 F# G# _# @5 r( r7 ~( U [3 I* A
• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).
& O' v2 [8 i8 l& W K) h( l• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures. z9 o2 h. @1 _1 t1 o2 @/ D
• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.

3 z* O. ~' j+ U/ Z2 q• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset
3 L6 y/ C* W+ Y) o• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred8 e1 o; ^7 [+ X' D& T+ v
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook): @/ b5 K+ s" A
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills8 A+ u7 S# F" p5 Q, I1 u
• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal9 G+ x. ~( E! x
• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license$ U: r5 O* H" Z; S/ o3 X; q+ r
• Proven customer service and resident relation skills
