use real food, and the freshest ingredients to pack our pitas full of flavour. As a Pita Pro, you are not
only an expert at preparing the guest’s pita, but an expert in engaging with our guests and creating a
memorable experience.

Duties and responsibilities
 Contribute to a positive team environment
 Provide the highest level of hospitality by engaging and interacting with guests
 Prepare all food and beverage items to the highest standard following recipes and procedures
9 @# c# s, L2 l3 a4 |8 N Anticipate and respond to flow of orders to ensure timely completion of all food items
  N, V, D/ A/ v Knowledgeable about the menu and can communicate this to the guests
' W7 S8 d; V1 Q  x6 r$ l Accurately complete all station set up and closing procedures
( P5 [/ @; _- q8 ^ Maintain food quality control and productivity at all times
8 ~, Y! }3 |0 V+ M Adhere to all safe food handling procedures and uphold food safety practices
 Maintain cleanliness and health & safety standards of your station at all times
8 b: G; H8 i: c. D Follow all operational policies and procedures
 Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality

% k1 [: c+ C  l8 Q" H/ K, ]Qualifications & Experience
0 g; \$ z- @# R/ Y: S' {4 b- z Previous experience in a service environment preferred

 Strong interpersonal skills
 Ability to work as part of a team
 Ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions
9 }, y2 o2 w# T! w7 ^3 { Ability to learn quickly

Physical requirements
% H9 R; G7 f" W5 B6 Z$ K! A/ k5 u& W Constant standing/walking for duration of shift on a hot cooking line
& l/ J" s- [3 _/ z- v4 `- Q3 A Occasional pushing, pulling, light lifting
