Qualifying Educational Programs
$ p6 Z4 E! H# d/ oUsually, a qualifying educational program is a course of study that lasts at least three weeks in a row, with at least 10 hours of instruction or work each week. A program at a foreign educational institution must last at least 13 weeks.
* l# P# t) k( V+ R( E8 _& w
4 A* ~0 C/ s3 n5 @7 H# i$ B5 VQualifying educational programs include apprenticeships, and programs offered by a trade school, CEGEP, college or university.

0 V: C1 N  @8 i2 J+ \( xRESP funds can be used for full or part-time study in a qualifying program.

没有这个说法,在世界上任何国家上学都可以,只要是当地认可的post-secondary Education.

最近cst有个人在跟我联系，正准备买呢，可她说的是如果出加拿大上学，政府交的grant是要退还的啊，真的这样吗？？难道是公司之间的差别？
