五月份独立屋销售量上升

& v) \2 Y O9 g0 f; @7 p埃德蒙顿6月2日报道:大爱城区5月份独立屋销售量为1119套,比4月份上升了19.3%,比去年同比上升了3.8%。双拼/联排屋销售量为203套,比上一个月分别上升了37.2%,比去年同期上升了23.03%。公寓的销售量比上一个月上升了5.3%,但比去年下降了18.2%。所有住宅的销售量为1771套,比上一个月上升了18%,比去年下降了不到1%。' ^0 y o5 q& ?# q+ ?2 K
