& U! X V6 Y- X, a' hProvides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:# L s+ X& z& w. U: A
· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.
+ H1 V3 h, c& `* ~0 z3 L' y· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.7 c7 t" d' g3 n/ ^. ~
· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation." U* o4 \0 C9 [8 G% u3 q
· Manages report database.( P4 s+ H& G# l. f6 v& i7 `
· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.

· Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary.

2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.

3 H3 \+ P9 I- z- j) V& MCertificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.

Excellent communication, inter-personal and organizational skills and the ability to work in a self directed manner is a must. Must have proven multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. |
