6 T6 h0 V% _# u+ NProvides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.: u) C! \ ^7 ?, S) P2 P; f7 ^

# g5 b+ E N+ B$ }& _! K/ w· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.' y% o1 N" |0 f! v6 D+ U7 E2 X1 r9 T
· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.
( q8 Z( O% R1 ^# Z& P· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.

$ G/ ^+ W$ @, w· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.
; H1 \6 ]+ o b8 s8 j· Organizes and files electronic and hard copy media files.

2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.

$ N- o9 C9 Q4 K+ y) q' VCertificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.

/ {0 L" f8 `0 P6 B" Z" P7 OExcellent communication, inter-personal and organizational skills and the ability to work in a self directed manner is a must. Must have proven multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. |
