Provides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site." E# e1 y5 S/ ?% V/ _

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:, G z7 }/ z, J Y# |: x5 I, q
· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.
0 ` e0 }: {* }· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.: Y2 K% Y" E- X; o3 U
· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.
% ?& G) S! ~- P· Manages report database.
& \( L' K$ n3 g' {3 b· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.
- O( Y$ K1 J' D* U6 k7 W3 ^3 k9 M· Organizes and files electronic and hard copy media files.8 V! o1 v$ ^8 g/ y
· Provides backup support to other members of the department.( H, W* }; z: s' ]: B7 a

Knowledge and Skills:- Q4 }9 u5 @! Q P6 J4 ~8 o2 `
2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset. l T% F' S2 e3 }& \+ L5 S+ Z) R& A) [
. ^& J3 _+ L+ O1 \0 {- YCertificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.( {" W2 s: t( Z3 C$ q
+ B0 y) x$ T) A" vExcellent communication, inter-personal and organizational skills and the ability to work in a self directed manner is a must. Must have proven multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. |
