" [0 k" q9 U5 r9 e& sProvides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
% ^$ p V/ F5 w1 E2 L' d· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.
; ]" B) k' C: ~· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.
/ @% V+ m9 K% l. S1 N( j· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.7 H- q& {' k, Z. Z4 z7 o1 B, S3 h
· Manages report database.9 i& _. B- A5 C( @
· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.

Knowledge and Skills:$ b! a c6 a3 G: T( n# V
2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.! [; r- X" Q8 m& P6 y; \. _
; q7 q4 @1 g+ R* {- UCertificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.0 W- Z# |: d9 t9 \, E
8 ^0 x) P; @) f9 ?$ ~# f( c; ZExcellent communication, inter-personal and organizational skills and the ability to work in a self directed manner is a must. Must have proven multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. |
