Provides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:4 F. \& a0 o; S4 a
· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.! @4 u! M3 U& w
· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.
/ x/ D M+ R: r· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.

· Organizes and files electronic and hard copy media files.

Knowledge and Skills:& V' n' b6 U) M, m4 l' h
2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.& B- y6 u) M4 v* C$ p3 l0 [
9 C. r7 @8 _/ w' Q+ hCertificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.6 V2 G% Z6 x& O0 Q
% Y' m% A1 k% J# g/ XExcellent communication, inter-personal and organizational skills and the ability to work in a self directed manner is a must. Must have proven multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. |
