• Answering to the Company Controller, the candidate will assist with invoicing, payables, cash receipts and disbursements, account reconciliation, and G/L entries., z) ]5 j! j# C V: q
• Candidate will also be responsible for filing, verifying vendor invoices, and various reporting tasks as required.
: c$ G) X7 ]& B* ~$ {5 N! J- l• Candidate will communicate between various departments, including sales, logistics and production to ensure that operations are running as cost-effectively as possible2 ~: {) w# |; q0 r1 O( C9 g
• Various administrative and order processing duties as required.* f& L5 E1 X1 F( s) @/ p

REQUIREMENTS:" n( ? D: D, l$ i' j3 I1 k+ q# {
2 }: C# B8 `) Y8 |, d1 G• Minimum 1-year of experience in Accounting or Accounts Receivable/Payable role
* o5 O% Q7 f t/ D. ^• Post-secondary degree or diploma in an Accounting or Finance related field of study; ]# T! ~# ?7 ]+ t% W5 K6 [
• Aggressive self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills4 b3 y% D: s, y @% G, E6 N" d
• Must be highly detail oriented with strong grasp of numbers7 d( M# B: _3 `) c# @3 f' o+ ?
• Strong computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, data entry)
