9月份成交量下跌，而房价基本未受影响

“爱城房市的强劲，预示了我们市场仍保持着稳定，”房产经纪协会主席Geneva Tetreault解释说。“买家仍能体会到充足的挂牌数量所带来的好处，相反，卖家也并没有为了成交而降价销售。去年的市场保有低数量的挂牌，这使得买家对于报价自己喜欢的房子，颇有压力。而今年，我们可以看到买家会话更长一些的时间做决定。”
