6 j* d6 c9 v. h) Z- wWe have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Primary Responsibilities

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
/ E: z/ H2 Y' \3 y5 I- V' C9 UWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies! v/ t4 e, D. I) y
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines8 o; l$ v7 ?) c
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
, z# M' W( W3 X: R' MOversee file management for all LMIA matters;
* Y3 Z _; Z, w2 x% I. eEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
- B: t) c4 l! c& d& K2 OConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.& F" z- h( z$ d5 J& [6 A
Conduct all work within established time standards;0 w3 a8 A _' W9 X

Hourly From $14 to $18 per hour based on experience;

Must have a vehicle, location is not easily accessible by bus;
