The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.. ~2 V# G4 R" l) J

Primary Responsibilities

: ~& f# m! L$ v; {5 H# o3 X4 k- KCoordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
* _* A% U8 H2 xWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies
3 Y, d- K, a! |' S: e7 c9 yAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
# b. G( N) \7 m. L1 KManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
' h3 f. x0 A) D Z/ w& R, kOversee file management for all LMIA matters;
' @3 h. |8 `4 \* s* f, D/ {/ GEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
7 f/ x8 H: H: e) |% c. pConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.& U$ D+ j+ A* ^( m8 o7 F' @
Conduct all work within established time standards;0 l2 O. ~' I# J% \3 b8 |1 ]2 w

Ability to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

Hourly From $14 to $18 per hour based on experience;

Must have a vehicle, location is not easily accessible by bus;
