We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.% y8 s$ C/ ]/ f# j) o4 n- I

, P( |8 B( K/ u# fCoordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments$ h: C4 ]" e+ v2 z. T
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies0 x( o: l& g9 u& _
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines5 V' L! ]) s; Y* `# J: q
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
, O, D. s6 E; J8 KOversee file management for all LMIA matters;
3 L; a( {4 y6 CEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;# |; v; z5 K' ~6 U8 R5 L' g# o
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients." ^0 D7 |, z4 o+ u$ W: w
Conduct all work within established time standards;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

Hourly From $14 to $18 per hour based on experience;
