The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.6 @: @, x) W* Q1 A

Primary Responsibilities

: F0 \, r" O7 ]- _: l$ Q* eCoordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments+ ~$ W _" I: A5 O d
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies; |' v8 |: U$ {
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines# b3 Z* a8 _; W* G' K
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;, T8 ^# X, A: Q- W c
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
( B$ F. f0 o6 i$ s! p4 |* G6 V2 m' j3 CEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
: L) y8 W* ?2 J8 ?" i. rConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.

Hourly From $14 to $18 per hour based on experience;
