3。ownership sheet，需要填右半联
4。E TEST AND Safty Certification

其中的E TEST 是要重新做的还是在有效期内的就可以？

5 X- R! X: G9 S5 B* y: M7 ESafty Certification在哪里做，要多少银子？

不是VIP的话,我以前见过那老板收$95.地址网上的黄页里有的.

我也是精工做的安全检查，收25刀（8月份），不过要说是在raymon zhang那儿买保险，是raymon zhang 介绍来的。
不知道现在情况是否有变化。
