求助：预约美国签证的面签时间

老人来加探亲，我帮其办理美国签证，可始终预约不到卡尔加里大使馆的面签时间。有朋友说原因可能是，DS-160里面有个问题问：are you travelling to canada for applying for U.S. visa, 一定要填no。可是已经填写了yes，而且已经交费了，就是约不到面签时间。求助：1、现在该怎么办？2、DS-160如果需要修改，交费后，怎样修改？ 求明白人指点，谢谢！

可以打电话去询问吗？收费了不办理的可能性不大吧。

交费和ds-160是分开的，交费后会有一个code，这个code一年内有效。

我这两个月申了两次美签修改ds-160，以下信息没问题的：
" O+ d- X( R. ^- ]# m, E
6 V4 R3 A# v' ]% r" ~1 C9 s先取消原来的schedule，然后重新预约一个，在预约新的schedule要交费的时候选择输入那个code就好了。

然后你在新预约一个appoinment的时候到交费那步，屏幕下方会有几个选项，可以选credit card之类的，
Pay by Cash: 160.00 USD
: U$ E! t  K. |( b Pay by Visa or MasterCard: 160.00 USD
Pay by Interac: 208.00 CAD
Pay by American Express: 208.00 CAD
最后还有一个可选输入code那项，然后就会让你输入那个code--这个我记得和清楚

Good for only one application—The Visa Application fee may be used to complete only one application. If the Visa application is denied, a new visa application and fee will need to be completed to apply again.
Expires after 1 year—Visa application fees are valid for use for 365 days from date of purchase. The fee will expire and you will forfeit your right to use the fee for a Visa application.

请问信用卡缴费后可以输入产生的那个pin吗 ？ 我咋记得只能输银行缴钱的MRV number ?
