Position Summary

We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency.  The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations.  This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Primary Responsibilities
$ G2 _8 [* {4 m: z) w, z9 J5 k! y1 o
% K9 _8 v$ v- g8 ?3 N
Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments. ~9 P( g; ]! l
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies
. b: U4 |3 d7 j" o; gAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
- M2 C5 `7 A* T" x4 rManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
0 ^0 l9 E. @% L$ w0 TOversee file management for all LMIA matters;
3 }9 E6 v" c2 NEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
# v5 R4 h" l3 U- e$ iConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.
0 R; ~- t2 ?: I# a( m0 [- JConduct all work within established time standards;* R0 ~2 ^# \) g1 H4 ?
Essential Knowledge and Skills
* o8 x# Z! w7 N7 ~8 @6 C' p/ \- q& I7 {* h4 m. M9 s0 n2 r+ _3 M

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;
) M5 `2 [# r+ S  r, j0 Q- Z% NAbility to multi-task high-volume case load and meet aggressive deadlines;
& _' p3 K0 e6 UTime management skills are critical;
# ~3 y4 L7 y% f* J4 @/ ]Ability to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;! ]3 e4 \. n2 j9 u. ]3 G7 r
Attention to detail and accuracy;, A; n% u+ Q7 {3 O- \
Strong organizational and computer skills;
/ T3 R: L/ i4 U; EExcellent verbal and written communication skills;
5 v4 `! h0 F; R2 A- |8 C) nComputer proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;
' _/ ^  m8 p( t, ~7 i2 XAbility to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of the information;
" P" g9 u0 K9 i  W/ r( \Ability to work with minimal supervision;& @) Z# s+ p- z4 ]% S
Self-directed and highly motivated; and! B9 h# U5 Z' A3 Q+ ]0 R  W
Ability to communicate responsibly and promote effective working relationships.9 w6 y/ z- J2 R: ^1 w

Hourly From $15 to $18.00 per hour based on experience;% a$ [$ ?3 }" M/ Y: z+ h
Benefits package will be offered;
