  _/ d! t  R3 A. o" `+ H, q6 s3 H) ^We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency.  The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations.  This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.( m/ K/ k3 c* _, h7 z/ E/ I

Primary Responsibilities" S# Y' l+ W7 Y& M

6 F$ D! S! o  B+ Z0 C& {! K3 w$ G& J& l- i% ~2 ]. m
Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments1 p" P; R9 t: ~& D
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies6 Z  N- Y: D# l3 u& u' e/ C
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines( V$ M; n8 J  m  O& l
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;6 H/ a) D; I* f' z( k
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;* a) N3 F2 C) J- C& h
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
0 c" |' h% q! d& hConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.# {6 ]3 i7 W: n1 C$ U
Conduct all work within established time standards;
% |# ^3 d) g' u: G$ g0 Y1 o+ ]- cEssential Knowledge and Skills

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;8 r, c1 d$ p' l* T6 O2 y
Ability to multi-task high-volume case load and meet aggressive deadlines;, d) I$ e- V8 Y% r8 ?! [( m2 @
Time management skills are critical;3 x  c4 F; m0 K# B
Ability to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;
9 I- G( B* `# E* B6 VAttention to detail and accuracy;. U5 J9 t2 B, r  O$ `, d
Strong organizational and computer skills;4 A/ {) o0 E0 ]# T( R
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
! ~3 j9 D' P3 r4 _% ^5 s7 a  }Computer proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;0 x1 i4 ]) ?+ P( k8 \" {
Ability to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of the information;) T9 t/ Q6 ?- p( X: m+ Q
Ability to work with minimal supervision;- V+ J9 A1 |/ Z% r. v5 P
Self-directed and highly motivated; and7 R3 r1 R2 a, ]' \  B. T, T

Compensation and Benefits
4 b; R& g5 I5 i% M4 j0 ^6 j$ o6 g/ s$ A4 j
Hourly From $15 to $18.00 per hour based on experience;3 I( S4 X9 `7 U8 l! G' c
Benefits package will be offered;
* P" B2 v; \. Y% }7 kMust have a vehicle, location is not easily accessible by bus;
