( R& n5 L5 z* zWe have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency.  The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations.  This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.6 Z- F) L$ l% p; u

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
" h7 Z3 L' d2 U4 f( j1 MWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies
) [! {/ V0 s/ Y* i; tAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
% b" s' S$ x% M& ]Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
& F* F. r/ j' [" X. {$ M/ `- ~, \  vOversee file management for all LMIA matters;* f2 V* l& O4 q, I$ ^1 V8 E% K4 G& }
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;) c' e! r( t2 s7 s  K' Y. W
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.
& n5 t3 k/ X, ]; A  H4 L% TConduct all work within established time standards;
7 b) r/ Y& C' ^+ g) u0 lEssential Knowledge and Skills( o/ G9 J( U' H5 j- n9 @2 _) k% g

Ability to multi-task high-volume case load and meet aggressive deadlines;- K! `; q" F9 q8 s3 R) @
Time management skills are critical;
( G( n% Q/ f/ s8 b# g% r6 ^Ability to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;
, `* Y! N8 O# A' k) m  h) R/ o. M4 YAttention to detail and accuracy;
* A* C/ @' n  c# B" e8 dStrong organizational and computer skills;- A" l) u1 W: \4 ~
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
" ]" w- n$ i) p/ FComputer proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;
2 O7 T2 E6 t% y( t& g, J. [7 B% e* RAbility to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of the information;
) s. A3 o) _8 x. H3 TAbility to work with minimal supervision;
7 f" X+ Z2 l3 Z; O& _Self-directed and highly motivated; and
# b: A' {, t! ^" xAbility to communicate responsibly and promote effective working relationships.

Compensation and Benefits) F4 s! g7 v4 x2 O9 w" F- h# @- X

Hourly From $15 to $18.00 per hour based on experience;
5 \9 b( K, I8 G- d! gBenefits package will be offered;
& t/ L% b  m1 F# j8 I9 t( yMust have a vehicle, location is not easily accessible by bus;
