Responsibilities

Developing, planning, and implementing projects by coordinating in-depth with our clients and internal staff" u$ F$ m9 f, |5 l8 R: n

5. Liaise with procurement team/suppliers in China to ensure projects meet the requirements of quality, reliability, schedule and cost.( r3 n( A. X' c1 H+ C
6. Use MS Word, EXCEL, PPT to prepare reports, memos, and documents7 g1 ~+ t6 l2 S+ ^: h, l$ I0 h
7. Provide secretarial and administrative supports to management and other staff/ }) d |$ U4 j

Qualifications
( ?0 N3 j3 k7 Y- g9 w, T; X/ W1. Caring, enthusiastic, and professional
, V) g$ Z% @3 Q4 ]2. University degree or college diploma. \ u& @) z& G) c$ v
3. A minimum of 3 years working experience. Prior sales and marketing experience is an asset
- P$ ~' q0 ?8 i4. Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines
4 _/ l; A6 O' j/ w5. Good at multi-tasking under pressure, with unfailing attention to details
' V5 A O/ _# P! F5 [. g/ @6. Excel in customer service, especially excellent email and phone manner; k. K* T" d) b) `( x* c
7. Knowledge of logistics, inventory control
. V6 N) c# {+ k4 O v8. Proficient with MS office (WORD, EXCEL, PPT)# `; f! X& x! W Y
9. Proficient in Mandarin and English is a strong asset
