1. Answer general email and phone inquiries with professional manner

3. Actively contact with clients, kindly provide recommendations and suggestions, help clients find good way to solve problems

5. Liaise with procurement team/suppliers in China to ensure projects meet the requirements of quality, reliability, schedule and cost.
; Y, ^( L' i- R$ r6 Q6. Use MS Word, EXCEL, PPT to prepare reports, memos, and documents

3. A minimum of 3 years working experience. Prior sales and marketing experience is an asset5 Q6 X, e$ l; F) ^
4. Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines1 t+ O. e9 X( L! o1 r- G
5. Good at multi-tasking under pressure, with unfailing attention to details+ }) r. p A4 ]( _0 r9 k
6. Excel in customer service, especially excellent email and phone manner
. c" M9 O. I) M1 j; c7. Knowledge of logistics, inventory control
5 \9 |- S3 V: N* {8. Proficient with MS office (WORD, EXCEL, PPT)
