2. Quickly identify client needs, develop and market potential projects
9 J, [% o. x% f7 W3. Actively contact with clients, kindly provide recommendations and suggestions, help clients find good way to solve problems' t" ~4 m: ?- P. W& A
4. Keep track of project activities, update project timeline. ! d' N0 p( ]. a8 K8 O4 \7 r
5. Liaise with procurement team/suppliers in China to ensure projects meet the requirements of quality, reliability, schedule and cost.
( G; ], H* k/ O: U3 }: @6. Use MS Word, EXCEL, PPT to prepare reports, memos, and documents
7 o6 J) W- ]1 r3 f7. Provide secretarial and administrative supports to management and other staff

Qualifications

2. University degree or college diploma7 Q0 ?% v( N5 L# I/ i% d
3. A minimum of 3 years working experience. Prior sales and marketing experience is an asset
( L' Q/ U5 K/ {+ p9 b+ a4. Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines0 ~& B: y" h2 W/ ?" S+ J* p
5. Good at multi-tasking under pressure, with unfailing attention to details5 y0 o/ \, N5 z, P1 I9 F3 s
6. Excel in customer service, especially excellent email and phone manner
( C/ Q# G4 n% Y$ p8 \7. Knowledge of logistics, inventory control
. S8 C0 N! L- D/ E. J8. Proficient with MS office (WORD, EXCEL, PPT)0 G% f* ]( q) t4 y
