这个房子的地宽32”，房子也建的宽，和一般2200多英尺26”宽的房子是不一样的，很多很多升级，非常好，west living建筑商很不错，建 estate的规模，custom 的是要比一般的一样的样品房价位高，房子后面是豪宅要2百万左右把
我当时也打听了这个建筑商的房子，房主的要价其实和当时买的并没有赚很多，因为他家升级太多了，现在如果要建跟这个一样的，也要这个价位在这个区，只知道房主是一对年轻白人，我本人跟房主一点关系没有

So  $563,800.00 is a reasonable. I like new one, but this one is a little bit too modern, square everywhere.

4 p9 t3 I1 n! @& u% p1. 我自己在One at Windermere 的房子去年已经卖了，你可以找以前的帖子，卖的很快很实惠。这真跟我半毛关系没有，我只是比较了解这个区而已。
2. 这个房子60万-63万之间觉得还可以下手，虽然升级很多，但是很多再卖的时候不一定卖的上价。
6 T* Q. w+ O8 Z2 K听前几楼的人说这个卖主好像是Westliving的销售，那么他应该拿到折扣，如果不是按照他建的标准现在应该62万-65万。
( `' d, C, m& {+ {3. West living没有在One 建Estate,但是在Upper Windermere 是有建Estate的，建的不错，这里只是说他有规模和建大房子的能力
