请问小学四年级开健康课程的签字

请问小学四年级开健康课程，带回来需要签字。关于健康和性教育的，如果不同意可以拒绝参加该课程。
请问大家遇到过吗？怎么办的？

I signed for kids. I feel they should know as early as possible. As a parent, we better communicate those topics with them. Then we can guide them on the top of what they learn.

我赞同您的说法……我只是不清楚内容会不会过于激进，就像这次安省的教育，六年级甚至都有关于同性和同性关系的描述，这会不会有点早?
