请问 Renew PRC 事宜

不惑之年不明白

如题：需提前6月 Renew PRC, 但是在cic.gc.ca 的网站上找不到获取申请表的链接，有最近申请过的朋友指点一二吗？ 另外有什么注意事项吗 ？多谢了！

这个也没几页纸啊....再怎么省也没必要在这个上面省吧.........
